Although this particular design was rejected, it still remains a great example of vivid colors and eye candy. This is a draft for Gelatohhh, a local Cafe based in Savannah, Georgia. This is an original illustration I created to throw in eye candy while placing the viewer in a three dimensional space. Designed in Illustrator while working for Systems Connect as Senior Designer.
Website designed for Savannah’s Oldest Winery. This design puts the viewer in an actual space giving the site itself plenty of character. Done while working as the Senior Designer at Systems Connect. The CMS used for this site is Drupal 6. The site features an animated jQuery slideshow at the top of the page that slides up and down with a high quality photograph. Website layout done in Illustrator and exported into Photoshop for further refinement and texturing. Website contains an embedded Google map.
Systems Connect was in need of a new corporate look that would better reflect the company’s outlook. Done while working as the Senior Designer for Systems Connect. Vector design done in Illustrator and imported into Photoshop for further polish.
Logo design for Charles Williams Inc. Done in Illustrator using a monochromatic blue scheme. The logo is for a ship survey company. I thought it would be fitting to include multiple transparent layers in the design somehow while still retaining a sharp and clean look that corporate clients seek.
My final project for my Typography I class. A piece about learning to write music using all graphic design elements. Instead of using numbers, notes in the scale denote the order of steps. Also included are pages of a song I wrote which are resized to fit the frets on the guitar.
Done with the 3D mesh tool in Illustrator. This consists of only 2D vector graphics. No 3d tools were used in the development of this design. The original reference used was a Mario character from a Nintendo 64 game which is the third picture. This was one of my first projects as I learned to use Illustrator a bit more.
