1. Billing structure. Projects will be billed by the hour in most cases. 2Active Design generally charges $20 per hour. Complex projects may require a different rate. In any case, the rates will be announced by email. 2Active Design stands by its work and will fix any bugs or mistakes for free for 10 days after the project is completed.
2. Late payment. Clients are provided with a 30 day grace period to submit payment after invoicing. After this period of time has expired, a 2% weekly rate will apply until payment has been received.
3. Interim charge caps. If a client’s bill exceeds $300 at any point, an interim payment must be made for that amount in order to continue development and avoid work suspension. This cap can be waived for clients who have paid on time and in full for past projects.
4. Scheduling. 2Active Design prides itself on its quick turnaround and agile communications. Your concerns are answered within 24 hours and even during weekends and holidays. The most efficient way of getting in touch with 2Active Design is via email at xtreemze@gmail.com.
5. No Speculative work. Speculative work involves doing actual work with the hopes of impressing the client enough that they will provide further opportunities without any guarantee of payment. This kind of work is not provided by this studio and 2Active Design will retain rights over the work if it is not paid for.
6. Termination of services by client. If a client is unsatisfied and wants to end the project, if the work does not meet their needs, an invoice will be sent for the time dedicated to that project. 2Active Design will retain all rights to the ideas work generated for the canceled project. The minimum rate for work done is $20 per hour. Work that is refused by the client cannot be used in whole or in part.
7. Ownership rights. 2Active Design retains the right to utilize the work in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion while the client retains all other major usage rights.
8. Unforeseen or sudden termination of a project. If some mishap, illness or accident occurs that makes it impossible to continue a project in progress, the client will be protected. Alternative freelancers may take over the project and all source files will be handed over to them or the client. Invoices will be made for work done up to that point and the alternate freelancer will continue to provide full service to the client.
Terms of Service

These terms strive to form a social contract that balances the organization\'s interests with a set of rights granted to the client. It is the client\'s responsibility to familiarize themselves with these terms. The client agrees to them at the moment they request service.
