What makes 2Active Audio special? In one word: control. Power is nothing without control. You can have loud systems blasting untreated sound and you might think it sounds fine until you hear a properly modulated system. We send out our premier mixing and mastering engineer. The presence of a Sound Engineer who knows how to properly use a signal chain, compressors, microphones, inserts, helps when you really want your event to sound stellar. We have proven, international experience in music and film production and live sound for bands. Our engineers attempt not only to make it work, but to make it sound like a finely produced recording with depth and dimension.

We can set up various vocal microphones for a speaking event or set up to have a full band play live. Microphones for drum-sets are readily available! We have the finest microphones for drums here in the studio and we are willing to bring these out for live performances to get the same quality that you would from our world class studio. Our 20-channel mixer allows for large live performances and has been used by bands to please large audiences. Our excellent self powered speakers and subwoofers allow us to provide excellent sound that delivers at every frequency and our intelligent use of compressors prevent any accidental spikes, (like dropping a mic) from reaching their full volume and causing hearing damage.

Our experience tells us to take no shortcuts in our setup. We bring in extra microphones, extra cables and we have backup systems in place. There is always something unexpected at an event and we are ready to pull out all the tools at our disposal. There are no weak links in our chain as we have always chosen quality over price when choosing our equipment. We have a proper sound check and we keep our engineer in front of the mixer in case anything were to change.

2Active Audio also provides LED light setup that complements the quality sound. These lights are a great addition to any event and they assure to have great photographs when your event is documented. Our parent company, 2Active Design, also provides excellent photography for these purposes and there are discounted rates if hired for all three purposes. Again, you are dealing with professionals with university degrees in their fields. They know how to mix color like we can mix sound.
