A studio is an artist’s workroom, or an artist and his or her employees who work within that studio. At the 2Active Design Studio, this can be for the purpose of painting, sculpture, photography, graphic design, cinematography, animation, radio or television broadcasting or the making of music.
This category shows various hardware and software which form a part of my studio. Any new equipment I acquire and use in projects is quickly placed on here. As you can see it is a very straightforward digital project studio capable of completely transparent recordings and quality web projects.

A microATX PC custom built for COHINSA Management of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This machine sports a 3.0 Ghz Dual Core Processor safely overclocked to 3.2 Ghz, integrated video and graphics, 4 GB of DDR2 800 RAM and a 64 Bit Windows XP SP3 OS. This computer contains a large 500GB SATA hard drive and a 20x DVD Burner. To top it all off, this whole computer weighs in at only 16 pounds and its small form factor allows for easy placement in the office. This PC was built on a very tight budget but still allowed for quality components. This computer uses very little electricity and is very quiet yet efficient at cooling the overclocked CPU.
A nice Ultra Zoom Camera with a lot of pixels to work with and a nice image processor. Gives me good shots quickly but has manual controls for everything also. It takes short videos as well. Used with a tripod, this deals some decent video footage and extremely high resolution photographs. The lens and magnifications are second only to higher quality SLRs.
After trying many, many headphones, I\'ve finally come across some truly transparent ones that cover the complete range of my hearing and then some. These are what I use in all my mixes.
Fast ASIO sound card with a good THX console for surround tweaks.
Allows for quick midi composition. Velocity sensitive. Also has drum pads and assignable knobs.
