Great White Shark – 3D

A great white shark referenced from five photos found online. Textures done in Photoshop from scratch including shark skin, eyes and teeth. This model contains around 100 vertices.

FAH Stellar Interceptor

A 3D model developed from scratch in 3D Studio Max. Textures were also made from scratch in Photoshop. This took about three weeks of work at the time, but I was just learning 3D Max and this was one of my first models.

Typography Based Poster Design

My final project for my Typography I class. A piece about learning to write music using all graphic design elements. Instead of using numbers, notes in the scale denote the order of steps. Also included are pages of a song I wrote which are resized to fit the frets on the guitar.

Face – Photoshop

This was created from scratch in one night in photoshop. No reference was used.

Illustrator 3D Mesh Mario

Done with the 3D mesh tool in Illustrator. This consists of only 2D vector graphics. No 3d tools were used in the development of this design. The original reference used was a Mario character from a Nintendo 64 game which is the third picture.

Xyris Band Logo Design

A vector logo done for Xyris. This is used for all the band online sites including MySpace, Last.fm, Facebook, xyrisband.com and many others. Done in Illustrator. By definition, Xyris is a flower that grows in adverse conditions. This logo represents a flower. The vertical lines represent roots and stems, and the spots on the bottom represent dirt. The circle containing the XYRIS letters represents the actual flower.
